Nothing gives a potential buyer a better view of the home than a video tour.  This is much more than a “virtual tour” that is merely a slideshow of photos.  This is accomplished by using a glidecam to produce silky smooth video showing the layout of the home.  No photo can sell a home like a video tour.

Photos taken at twilight are the absolute best way to photograph a home.  This can either be done right at sunrise, or at sunset.  The exterior of a home with a deep blue night sky looks absolutely stunning, but takes much more from the photographer to produce the shoot quickly and at a set time, thus the premium cost. Typically around 8 to 10 photos.
